How to oven roast bell peppers
Sheet pans or "hotel pans" are great for roasting vegetables. Roasted peppers are delicious on their own, drizzled with olive oil, or dressed like a salad. To roast them, cut them into similarly-sized pieces and spread them out on a sheet pan. |
| Toss them with olive oil, a sprinkling of salt and pepper, and any herbs or aromatics you want to flavor the peppers. A few sprigs of woody herbs like thyme and a few cloves of garlic work well. | ![]() |
