Tuna, White Bean And Roasted Red Pepper Salad

ingredients
1 cup mache
3 jarred roasted red peppers, drained
1 12-ounce can tuna, drained
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
freshly ground black pepper

instructions
Spread the mache leaves onto a platter. Arrange the peppers, tuna and beans side by side on top of the mache. Drizzle everything with the olive oil and lemon juice, and season generously with freshly ground black pepper.

Where did you find the Ortiz? I made this salad with sardines this weekend. Very tasty.

I used Ortiz tuna in this salad and it was the best canned tuna I've ever had. Packed in olive oil, moist and tender.
