Guacamole

Recipe from cookthink
A big bowl of guacamole can be the crowning achievement of any snack table and it's incredibly easy to make. Throw it together right before serving and offer it with tortilla chips, pita bread, or as a garnish for dishes like those in the "goes with" menu to the left.

instructions
1. If you want a relatively spicy guacamole, leave the seeds and ribs in the serrano. Otherwise, discard them. Combine everything except the avocado in a large bowl.
2. Cut the avocados in half and discard the seed. Scoop out the flesh into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. With a fork, mix the avocado with the other ingredients until it's as chunky or smooth as you like it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
