Sweet And Sour Bean Sprout Salad

2 cups mung bean sprouts
1 medium carrot, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

instructions

Toss the mung beans and carrots. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes and vegetable oil. Drizzle in the dressing just to coat the sprouts and carrots. Add more to taste.
