Think of the Adonis as a graceful transmutation of a simple glass of sherry.

ingredients
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
1 1/2 ounces dry sherry
1 dash bitters
1 large sliver orange peel
timer
prep: 5 minutes

cocktail shaker
chilled cocktail glass
vegetable peeler
instructions
Shake or stir all ingredienrs with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange peel.
