Summer Rain

Rain Vodka is made entirely from organic white corn. The vodka is slightly sweet, which makes it a great choice to mix with the tart pomegranate liqueur. This recipe comes from Rob Chirico's Hair of the Dog. For more of Rob's great cocktails, buy his Field Guide to Cocktails.
ingredients
2 tender mint sprigs, plus 1 for garnish
1 ounce simple syrup
2 slices lime
1 1/2 ounce Rain vodka
1/2 ounce Pama pomegranate liqueur
Splash club soda
Splash pomegranate juice

instructions
1. Muddle mint, simple syrup, and lime in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add everything but soda and juice to the glass and shake with ice.
2. Pour into a tall glass with ice and top with soda and drizzle with pomegranate juice. Garnish with lime and mint sprig.
