4 square pieces of lavash bread
1 tomato, thinly sliced
4 ounces goat cheese
3 tablespoons pesto sauce
1 15-ounce can white beans, rinsed and drained
freshly ground black pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 500F and put a baking sheet on the lower rack to preheat.
2. Spread each square of lavash with a thin layer of the pesto, and divide the tomato slices, goat cheese and white beans among them. Season to taste with fresh ground black pepper.
3. Put the pizzas onto the preheated baking sheet and bake until the lavash is crisp and the cheese melts, 8-12 minutes.
