Penne With Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, Thyme And Capers

1 pound tomatoes, chopped
4 ounces fresh goat cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
2 teaspoons capers, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons olive oil

1. Bring a large pot of water and 2 teaspoons salt to a boil. When the water boils, add the penne and cook until it's al dente.
2. Meanwhile, prep the tomatoes, goat cheese, thyme and capers.
3. When the pasta's done, drain it well in a colander and put it in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pasta and toss to combine. Taste the pasta and season with salt and pepper as needed.
