Cabbage Slaw With Horseradish

A touch of horseradish gives a sharp bite to this cabbage slaw - it's great for any grill out or light summer dinner.
1 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 medium Vidalia or other sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Thinly slice the cabbage and onion and combine the slices in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
