Spicy Beet Salad With Dill

5 small golden beets, peeled and coarsely grated
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill

Cut off and discard beet stems and root ends. Coarsely grate the beets into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the beets and stir to combine.
