Salmon Salad With Lemon, Dill And Yogurt

serves 2-4

Combining yogurt and mayonnaise lightens up this flavorful salmon salad.  Put it on bread as a sandwich or just eat it with a fork.



ingredients

2 15-ounce cans salmon, drained
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

instructions

1. Drain the salmon well. Add it to a large bowl and, scraping gently with a fork, remove and toss any bones.

2. Add the other ingredients and stir to combine them well. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
