Mom’s Artichoke Sauce
makes about 3/4 cup

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Tabasco sauce (to taste)

Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire and Dijon mustard until smooth. Add Tabasco sauce to taste. Reserve in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
