Greek Yogurt, Mint And Garlic Marinade
makes about 2 cups
A creamy marinade like this one tastes wonderful on rich meats like lamb or beef. Be sure to set some aside to use as a sauce because the marinade used to soak the meat cannot be re-used.
2 cups Greek yogurt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, minced

Whisk together all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Reserve some of the marinade (before adding meat) to use as a sauce.
