Jerk Marinade

This is a zesty marinade for basically anything - beef, fish, pork, chicken, tofu - and is only a food-processor pulse away. Jerk sauce like this one is a perfect make-ahead marinade that you can leave on the refrigerated meat all day for a delicious meal.
2 limes, zested and juiced
2 habanero peppers, stemmed
2 tablespoons molasses or brown sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon ground allspice
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
