Sauteed Turnip Greens With Chile Flakes And Mustard

1 pound turnip greens, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1. Trim off and discard the turnip greens' tough stems. Coarsely chop the tender stems and leaves.
2. Heat the oil n a medium skillet over medium heat. When it's hot and shimmering, add the garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring often. Then add the turnip greens and stir to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the greens turn tender, 4-6 minutes. Stir in the mustard and red pepper flakes and cook 1 minute more.
