Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

2 pounds cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

total: 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 400F. In a medium bowl, toss the tomatoes with the oil, garlic and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Spread the tomatoes onto a baking sheet and drizzle any oil from the bowl over them. Roast until the tomatoes are soft and collapsing, 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with the basil and serve.
