Classic Tuna Salad

1 6-ounce can water-packed solid white tuna
2 ribs celery, diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Flake the tuna into a bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
