Simple Whole Wheat Couscous

1 1/2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup whole wheat couscous
prep: 5 minutes
total: 25 minutes

Put the water and salt in a saucepan and bring it to a boil over high heat. When the water boils, stir in the couscous, cover, and remove from the heat. Let it rest, covered, until the couscous absorbs the water, 15-20 minutes. Fluff it with a fork before serving.
