Baked Smoked Salmon And Cheese Omelet

Should you wish to make a larger amount, it's a better idea to make multiple batches. Adding more eggs and milk, for example, will increase cooking time.

1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
6 ounces smoked salmon ripped or cut into bits
1/4 cup chopped red or green bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
Butter or cooking spray for greasing

1. Preheat oven to 360F.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
3. Add vegetables, salmon and cheese.
4. Pour into greased pie plate or casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes.
