Dubonnet Cocktail

makes 1 drink

French Dubonnet is considered an aromatic wine, and while usually drunk straight on the rocks, it makes for one heck of a drink when mixed with gin.

1 1/2 ounces gin
1 1/2 ounces red Dubonnet
1 dash bitters (optional)
Twist of lemon

prep: 5 minutes
total: 5 minutes

cocktail shaker
chilled cocktail glass

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
