Ramos Gin Fizz

2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 egg white
1 ounce heavy cream, whole milk or half-and-half
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange flower water
Club soda
prep: 5 minutes
total: 5 minutes
cocktail shaker
1 (10-ounce) high-ball glass
Vigorously shake everything but club soda with ice and strain into a 10-ounce highball glass without ice. Pour in club soda.
