Pina Colada
makes 1 drink
Mix light and dark rum for a more pungent taste. For a pulpier drink, use half crushed pineapple with the juice. Don't mistake coconut milk or cream for cream of coconut. Substitute vodka and you have a Chi Chi.

2 ounces light rum
2 ounces cream of coconut
1 ounce heavy cream
4 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
Optional garnishes:
Pineapple slice
Maraschino cherry
prep: 5 minutes
total: 5 minutes

1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds.
2. Add ice and blend for another 15 seconds until smooth.
3. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry for the full effect.
