2 ounces gin
1 teaspoon grenadine
1 egg white
1/2 ounce heavy cream
prep: 5 minutes
total: 5 minutes
cocktail shaker
chilled cocktail glass
Shake ingredients vigorously with ice until frothy and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
