Clover Club Cocktail

The Clover Club is a fruity mixture of gin, sweeteners, egg whites and nostalgia.

1 1/2 ounces gin
1/4 ounce grenadine
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 egg white

prep: 5 minutes
total: 5 minutes

cocktail shaker
cocktail glass

Shake all ingredients ferociously with ice for about 30 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
