Warm Brandy Flip

1 1/2 ounces brandy
1 small egg
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1/2 ounce hot milk
Freshly ground nutmeg

Whisk together the brandy, egg and sugar in a mug. Stir in hot milk and garnish with nutmeg.
