Red And Yellow Tomato Salad

Finely minced garlic is the secret ingredient that plays off the sweetness of this beautifully colored red and yellow tomato salad enlivened with fresh basil.

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 large ripe red tomatoes, cored and cut in large dice
2 large ripe yellow tomatoes, cored and cut in large dice
1/2 bunch basil leaves, coarsely chopped

1. In a large bowl combine the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and a generous sprinkling of salt and pepper.
