Cheesy Meatloaf

Adding grated cheddar, leftover white sauce and rouille to meatloaf adds a rich and tangy bite to this old standard.
This recipe is part of Andrew Schloss's Sunday Dinners.
1 1/2 pounds ground meat combination for meatloaf, or 3/4 pound each ground turkey and ground beef
3/4 cup reserved white sauce
1/4 cup reserved rouille
1 extra-large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
prep: 5 minutes
total: 50 minutes
rimmed sheet pan
1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
2. On a rimmed sheet pan, form the meat mixture into a long loaf.
3. Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 45 minutes.
