This recipe is part of Andrew Schloss's Sunday Dinners.
1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons hazelnut oil
1 French baguette
prep: 5 minutes
total: 20 minutes

1. Mix the hazelnuts with the garlic, olive oil, hazelnut oil and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
2. Slice the baguette through the middle from end to end, but do not cut all of the way through. Spread 1/4 cup of the nut mixture over the inside of baguette. Close up the loaf and wrap in foil.
3. Warm the bread in a preheated 350F oven for 15 minutes.
4. Cut into 4 sections and serve.
