Roasted Turkey Pieces

Share:

This usually serves between 6 and 8 people.   Often times you can find a quality turkey that has been cut into various pieces by a butcher and tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper. It has then been roasted and is a yummy, crispy and juicy turkey that you have ever tasted. This is a fantastic quick and low stress option.

What You Will Need:

Whole turkey Olive oil  Chopped fresh parsley

How To:

Preheat the oven to 375F.  Place the turkey pieces onto a large baking sheet, then drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle them with a generous amount of salt and pepper, and toss to coat.  Roast turkey pieces at 375F for 45 minutes. Increase the temperature to 425F and cook until the breasts reach 155F, and the other pieces 175F in the thickest part (not touching the bone).  Remove the turkey pieces to a platter to rest for 10 minutes.  Sprinkle with parsley and serve.  Roasted Turkey Pieces are a nice alternative to cooking a whole turkey. A few of the benefits are that it takes less time to cook, and it also tends to be less stressful on you as you prepare it. Try it out for yourself and let us know what you think!  What is your favorite thing about Roasted Turkey Pieces?
