Radishes With Soft Butter And Sea Salt

This is a classic French appetizer or snack that seems odd at first blush. But once you try it you'll see why it works so well. It's one of those dishes with so few ingredients that the quality of each one is key.
1 large bunch radishes, trimmed and quartered
4 tablespoons room temperature butter
4 tablespoons coarse sea salt

total: 15 minutes

Prep the radishes and arrange them on a platter with the softened butter and sea salt. Each radish should be slathered with a small morsel of butter and dipped in salt according to taste.
