Garlic-Infused Olive Oil

Garlic-infused olive oil is a wonderful thing -- drizzle it over vegetables, meats, bread or use it in a vinaigrette.

4 cloves garlic, minced
7 tablespoons olive oil

1. Combine the garlic and olive oil with salt and pepper to taste.
