Long Island Iced Tea
makes 1 drink
By keeping the total alcoholic ingredients to a respectable 2 1/2 ounces, the great taste remains, and you can remain standing.

1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce gin
1/2 ounce tequila
1/2 ounce light rum
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1/2 ounce Triple Sec (or Cointreau)
1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar or simple syrup
Ice
Cold cola
prep: 5 minutes
total: 5 minutes
cocktail shaker
chilled tall glass
Add everything except the cola to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled tall glass filled with ice. Add cola, gently stir, and garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
