Singapore Sling

makes 1 drink

Many Chinese restaurants serve the usual panoply of garish preludes to hangovers -- like Zombies, Mai Tais and Sufferin’ Bastards. But the granddaddy of all Tiki drinks may be the Singapore Sling.

This recipe comes from Rob Chirico's Hair of the Dog. For more of Rob's great cocktails, buy his Field Guide to Cocktails.
