4 (8-inch) fresh whole-wheat tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
prep: 5 minutes
total: 15 minutes
1 or 2 baking sheets
parchment paper (or silicone liner)
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
2. Cut the tortillas into quarters and then into eighths. Scatter them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste; bake for 10 minutes or until nicely crisp and browned. (If working with 2 baking sheets at the same time, rotate them and turn front to back after 5 minutes.)
