Bee Cheese
serves 2-4
You’ll need to start this crocked cheese a few days before you plan to use it. Be sure to pick up a cheese crock or jar before you start.

10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 ounces softened butter
2 tablespoons sherry
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 clove of garlic, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons chopped Italian flat leaf parsley (optional)
prep: 5 minutes
total: 10 minutes, refrigerate for at least 2 days before serving

Mix all the ingredients together and pack tightly into a crock or jar. Refrigerate for at least 2 days before serving. Keeps for about 10 days in the refrigerator.
