Loving the site, Brys! You guys are doing a fantastic job. I think a simple boiled or steamed artichoke is one of the most underappreciated meals. I would say that I have one for dinner atleast once every two weeks. In fact I’ve got one in my fridge right now, ready for the eating. I simply do a drawn butter, lemon and Worcestershir sauce, but I think I might give Brys’ mom’s a go.
