As far as getting out of a cell phone contract using the swap theory worked for me a few months ago
However I used a company called celltradeusa.com

Thanks for the report, anonymous. Great services. The past couple of times I’ve changed services, I’ve had to pay the early termination fee. I’m almost excited to start a new service just to use one of these sites.
