Warm Ale Would Have Made More Sense
October 9th, 2008When you’re still hobbling around on Thursday after a game of touch football you played on Sunday and when you’re a little homesick for your hometown and when you’re afraid the world’s going to pot and — oh — when you’ve spent the week thinking about beer for the Root Source, you want something fried and comforting — something like fish and chips with lemon juice and shallot mayonnaise (and malt vinegar on the side).

I love the chips/fries you’ve made. The shape and thinness of them makes them look very different. I sure must try something similar soon.
The fish looks really crisp and succulent in that photo.
All in all, it looks like a very nice meal.
