Dress up standard omega-rich salmon filets with a simple crust made from Dijon mustard, crushed cumin seeds and crunchy pistachios. This nutritious baked dish is simple to make and elegant enough for company.

I love pistachios and it makes a nice crunchy pairing with the fish. And dijon, it is so necessary. Yummy. I need to remember to make this one.
