The first time I tasted (or even just smelled) cilantro I thought it didn’t even seem edible. Now I love, love, love it. Mexican, Indian, Thai – everything’s better with cilantro.

I have never understood the hate. I ADORE cilantro, both smell and taste!

Apparently, some poor folks are genetically wired in such a way that cilantro tastes like soap, or worse.

Glad I’m not.

I don’t hate it, but a little goes a LONG way for me. At one time, my husband and I grew cilantro in our garden and when I’d pick it, I would quickly be overpowered by the scent.

I am a fan of cilantro. I use it in so many dishes. I won’t be joining their club.
