My first Father’s Day (as a father)

by admin on June 15, 2008 · 7 comments

My dad flew in last night to visit us before joining my mom at my sister Kate’s place south of Boston. (Kate’s due any day with her third child.) Today, Elizabeth, Angus, Dad and I ate at the Whately Diner and then drove down to Sapowsky Farms with the intention of picking strawberries. Instead, we just milled around and ate strawberry ice cream.

Update: Speaking of babies, one of Cookthink’s designers, Tammy Duncan, just gave birth to a beautiful girl, Sadie Nan Duncan. Welcome Sadie! Congratulations Tammy and Andrew!

Wow, Chip and LIz, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL BABY!!! I am Elaine’s friend from Newport (well Portsmouth really) RI and heard Liz read last April before baby Angus joined the world. I saw some early photos from Elaine. He is sooooo gorgeous and happy! Congrats!
