George Geary is a food journalist and the author of five cookbooks, including 125 Best Cheesecake Recipes and The Cheesecake Bible. He currently teaches baking and cooking techniques at more than 100 cooking schools across North America each year. 

His culinary travel company, George Geary Tours, has conducted tours in major cities in Europe and America for over 20 years. George is also a regular contributing editor to magazines and newsletters. In addition, he served as the pastry chef and production manager for the Walt Disney Corporation and for the Marriot Corporation.

George is currrently working on his sixth cookbook, due out in 2009.
